A worker was killed in an accident at a Sunoco facility in Delaware County on Monday. Sunoco’s Marcus Hook Industrial Complex was formerly an oil refinery which is in the process of being converted to a natural gas terminal. The industrial accident which claimed the life of a contractor happened at 2:15 Monday afternoon. Sunoco issued a statement to the press expressing sympathy for the victim’s family. A spoken for Sunoco Logistics said that the accident is under investigation and declined to provide further details.
