22 year old Rachel Hall of Mullica Hill, NJ suffered serious head injuries and leg injuries when she was struck by a car in a hit-and-run accident while riding her bike Wednesday evening. The accident occurred at the intersection of North Park Avenue and Diamond Street in North Philadelphia. Hall is a senior at Temple University studying Criminal Justice. She is also the goalkeeper for Temple’s lacrosse team. Hall’s father says that she was on her way to study for finals when she was struck by the car and thrown several feet. Temple University surveillance videos recorded the accident. Authorities have located the vehicle that hit Hall; however, the driver and two passengers remain at large. Hall is currently in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
