Comedian, Bill Cosby has been hit with a third lawsuit in relation to the sexual assault allegations that have been plaguing him in recent months. The defamation suit was filed in Springfield, Massachusetts near Cosby’s home on behalf of Tamara Green, who says that Cosby sexually assaulted her in the early 1970’s. The suit is in response to Cosby essentially calling Green a liar for her allegations. The legal counsel who is representing Green states that the defamation suit is the only option left for most of Cosby’s accusers because the statue of limitations has expired on most of the cases.
