Two men attempted to rob the Target in on Roosevelt Blvd. in Northeast Philadelphia early Wednesday morning. Philadelphia police were notified by the buildings’ silent alarm at 1:15am that someone had entered the building. Police, fire and K-9 units responded to the alarm and searched the building for close to four hours. The suspects were eventually found lying together in a ventilation unit on the store’s roof.
