Rosie O’Donnell has filed for divorce from her wife Michelle Rounds. The couple was married in June of 2012, and they share custody of their two-year-old daughter Dakota, whom they adopted together. O’Donnell also has four older children whom she adopted in a previous marriage. Divorce documents obtained by People Magazine cite “an irretrievably broken relationship” as the reason for the divorce. The divorce filing came just two weeks after O’Donnell gave up her job as co-host of ABC’s daytime talk show “The View.” O’Donnell told fans in a video that she was leaving the show in an effort to reduce stress and focus on her health and family.
