Walmart had an interesting response to their involvement in the serious car accident involving high-profile comedian, Tracy Morgan and other fellow comedians. The retail giant sets forth that they should not be held responsible for the injuries and fatality caused by one of Walmart’s big-rig. Walmart is shifting the blame to Morgan and his passengers indicating their injuries could have been prevented if they were wearing seatbelts.
