A woman was struck and killed by two cars in a deadly pedestrian accident in Bensalem Tuesday morning. The fatal accident happened at the intersection of Knights and Street roads. A 28 year old woman was crossing the street against a red light when the first car struck her. That driver stopped; however, a second car hit the woman and did not stop. Witnesses at the scene were able to provide police with the license plate number of the second car. When the driver was tracked down at her home in New Jersey, she revealed that she did not realize she had hit a pedestrian. Both drivers are now cooperating with police.
