To honor the sacrifices made by African American veterans, legendary comedian and US Navy Veteran, Bill Cosby will speak at the All Wars Memorial this morning. He will be joined by State Senator, Vincent Hughes and Philadelphia Mayor, Michael Nutter. The Monument, created in 1934 was originally located in Fairmount Park , but is being relocated to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. It commemorates the sacrifices made by African American Veterans throughout US wars.
