The family of late comedian Joan Rivers are poised to file a sizable lawsuit over her untimely death. Rivers’ daughter will sue for medical malpractice and wrongful death. Both the endoscopy clinic, where Rivers suffered her fatal injury, and the doctors responsible for her care are expected to be named in the suit.
