Famous baker and star of TLC’s “Cake Boss”, Buddy Valastro was arrested early Thursday morning for driving while intoxicated in New York City. Valastro was stopped by New York City policy shortly after 1am for swerving in traffic and found to have a blood alcohol level of .08, which exceeds the legal limit. He is currently awaiting arraignment in a Manhattan booking center.
